Maybe it was brought about wearing school uniforms during my younger years. School uniforms in a tropical country is good - it lessens the heat somehow. Dresses are more comfortable. More ..airy. I just need to put powder on my thighs on hot days though to stop from chaffing. :D
I also like skirts - because again they are more comfortable and I get too hot when I wear pants.
I'm not a fashionista , but I am a fan of the art and its talent.
