....ticketmasters somehow would not let me print my tickets that I paid an extra $2.50 for so that I can have the convenience of not having to wait for it in the mail / or picking it up at will call.
"I'm sorry, we can not guarantee the delivery of the ticket." , was the explanation given to me by one of their nice customer service representatives, whom I know is making an honest living and doing the best they can to offer me a solution. A solution that I really am resisting because, I want to print it at home.
So anyway, the only option is for me to pick up the tickets at Will Call later.
I thanked the customer service representative, praised them for being patient, nice and professional despite the fact that I was a customer frustrated for the company they work for and I made sure I let them know that. I also said that I hope that they get to find an employer who doesn't suck and who is far more worthy of a great employee such as they are.
...it baffles me that the US Government did not intercept the merger of Ticket Bas-turds and Live Mantion with an anti trust. There has to be an opportunity to open up more competition and not highly monopolize it like this. Boo hooo
...ticket bas-turds - the bane of being a music fan ...
but ...love and music shall prevail...I am looking forward to John Mayer's music.
