With 5 stages to entertain the music fans with various artists, San Francisco's Golden Gate Park has been transformed last weekend like a beehive with music fans swarming every ground.
We were running a bit late and I already knew I will miss a good chunk of Amos Lee's set. He was performing at the "Main Stage". We got there in time to catch a couple of songs.
It was just a little bit past noon but this man does not need percussions or a bass guitar or a rhythm guitar or back up singers to satisfy my musical cravings. Just him and his acoustic guitar, strumming away softly yet powerfully. His voice rang beautifully in his raspy kind of way.
It was too short but sweet.
