Sweet Arts

I'm more a cupcake person but the shows like Ace of Cakes and Cake Boss makes me appreciate the talent that people put into these fabulous sweet arts.

I am a fan of my co-worker's talent for making cakes. She has made 3 cakes for our branch from the time she came on board. I regret not taking a photo of her turkey cake last Thanksgiving.

We did a picnic of fun and games last June and she made this amazing Watermelon Cake wih Watermelon extract and chocolate ganache on the inside.




...and it was The Boss's birthday and she made this Golf Course (chocolate) cake.




..oh sweetest of arts with whom my sweetest tooth could not wait to sink into..

Yeah at this rate, I'd lose all my teeth and be left with just a tooth.
